Paula García-Huidobro I.
Managing Partner
Paula obtained her legal degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and boasts more than 7 years of experience as a Labor and Employment lawyer. Her career begun at government offices and then worked at PPU, a major Ibero-American law firm. Before joining our team, Paula was a member of the Labor boutique Munita & Olavarría. Capitalizing on her area of practice as a lawyer, Paula brings unique acumen to Idealis. She specializes in the recruitment of in-house and law firm lawyers.
Sara Prieto
Senior Consultant
Sara is an expert senior recruiting for both companies and law firms. She obtained her law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (Class of 2013) and a Diploma in Conflict and Dispute Resolution from NYU. Her passion for cooking led her to work alongside famous New York chefs.
Felipe Lavín V.
Board Member
Felipe obtained his law degree from Universidad de Los Andes and was an oralist for the Philip Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition (Washington, D.C.,1998). He started his career as an expert witness for the Chilean Ministry of Foreign Affairs and later as the legal counsel of an investment fund. After studying Philosophy for 4 years, he joined Idealis, where he has been recruiting lawyers all around the continent for more than 12 years, providing clients and candidates with valuable information in order to make the right decision.
Tammy Rosinzki

Tammy joins the Idealis team as an expert in recruiting recent graduates and junior lawyers, both for companies and law firms. She obtained her law degree from Universidad de Chile (class of 2017) where she was an assistant professor of Economic Law. Her passion for numbers led her to work as a corporate and tax lawyer in an important boutique law firm.
Constanza Neilson
Senior Consultant
Constanza has extensive experience in legal recruitment, since after working for several years in the criminal field both in a law firm and in a company, she took a turn in her career and became Human Resources Manager in an important international firm. Her background gives her a comprehensive vision of our work in lawyer selection processes. Constanza is a lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (Class of 2009).

Cristóbal is co-founder of Idealis Legal Recruitment. He is an experienced corporate lawyer and is consistently ahead of market trends in the legal business. He has worked for two prominent boutique law firms, focusing his professional practice on corporate matters, venture capital and information technologies. Cristóbal is a lawyer graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He obtained a Master in Laws (LL.M.) from Northwestern University, Chicago and a Certificate in Management from Kellogg School of Management.
María Pía Ugarte
Administration, Finance and Marketing
María Pía studied services administration at Los Andes University and is now our Head of Administration, Finance and Marketing.She has extensive experience working in administration and customer management, a position she performed for years at her Alma Mater, Los Andes University, and other companies previously.
